Who am I and what have I done with the real me?

Today DG and I went to the Big Chef for lunch. I ordered the Tuna Salad, half a tomato and half a boiled egg.

I think it's the first time I have had tuna salad without it being wrapped in bacon and stuffed into a hollowed out ham. I'm kidding I have never had bacon/tuna stuffed ham. Although... I must admit that now that I have thought about it, I might try to make it someday.

I just won't try to serve it with my now famous Bud Light Lime Mayonnaise.

I searched the Net and it appears that, amazingly, I may have been the first person to think of this combination. Well, either that or I am the first person willing to admit they have considered it.

  • tuna, drained and flaked
  • mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese
  • sweet pickle relish
  • minced onion
  • parsley
  • dried dill weed
  • garlic powder

Mix that together wrap it in lightly fried bacon and stuff into a hollowed out honey cured ham and then heat as directed on ham package.....
