Again thanks to everyone for the thoughts, prayers, flowers, cough/cry/laugh buddy, cards and a wonderful dinner.

Okie Sister’s (Dream Girl’s) sister M brought by a wonderful dinner while I was gone to work and she couldn’t get into the house. When I got home I found the package of dinner delights and set out trying to do justice to her generosity. She had provided a big honkin’ roast, fresh green beans, new potatoes, carrots and salad with all the goodies.

So here you have it… my humble attempt to prepare her gift.

Spring Mix salad with dried cranberries, roasted pecans and mozzarella & Asiago cheese topped with a Raspberry Hazelnut vinaigrette

Later last night Dream Girl had a slight setback. She is fine now but she had what she is now calling the “incident”. I would call it “Return To The Exorcist” but there were no shower scenes in that movie.

She is progressing with her exercises and she is going to start walking more, just not to the shower for a very very long time…. I hope…
