More Mastication Moments - I Promise I Am Not Affiliated With The Back Porch
I just had the very best Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich I have ever eaten. The main ingredient is a large portion of tenderized steak, chicken fried to perfection. It is combined with Toasted Texas toast, lettuce, tomato, purple onion and a special sauce served with homemade french fries. If you have ever pulled into a Del Rauncho Rancho to get one of what they proclaim as a "Steak Sandwich Supreme", and got one of those nasty sandwiches with the stale bun and grease soaked "steak" with gooey breading falling back into the grease stained brown paper sack... then just let me tell you...... This ain't that sandwich. In fact this sandwich is so far removed from the greasewich produced by those other guys that it should have it's own category. Like maybe "Most Exalted Grand PooBah Of All Steak Sandwich In The Universe". -----More
