A laptop with no wireless is a nice way to play Solitaire but that's about all.... it is never going to work again.... I know it now. There is a little part of me that just will not admit it yet.

I WILL go and buy a new router if this keeps up... Don't think I won't... this one is only two weeks old.... At this point it is the principle of the deal... but I fear that the problem involves negatively charged ions that have leaked from the router into the walls causing an electromagnetic field that swallows up all attempts at wireless communication.

It will be the black mold of the future. When you sell your house you will be required to sign a testament that you have never had a Cisco Lynksys router go negative in your home.

Soon my wireless phone will cease to work and then I will not even be able to listen to Lynksys hold music and the endless monotonous droning of the robot lady that keeps saying that if I have better things to do than sit on hold I should go to their website where I can chat live with someone about my problem.

Then I can go about my business doing those better things....... like writing a real blog entry......
